Zahava Griss is the founder of Love Making Dances. She uses yoga, dance, holistic sensuality, Esalen massage, and health coaching for women to live sensually empowered lives.
Her training as a professional dancer includes working with legends such as the Joffrey Ballet, Katherine Dunham, and Urban Bush Women. Her training in the spiritual arts includes extensive training in tantra, sexual shamanism, Anusara yoga for birth, and Sufi Dance Meditation. Zahava served as a core yoga and meditation teacher at the Deepak Chopra Center and co-director of Spiritually Sustainable Activism.
Her workshops and performances have been presented at national conferences, televised on BET, at New York University, the international Inspiring Women's Summit, the Kennedy Center, Joe's Pub, the Blue Note, the annual NY Midwifery conference, prenatal yoga teacher trainings, Ina May Gaskin's Farm, and the Theatrical Bellydance Conference.
